WALT: Make a Chocolate Cake

Today for Technology we are going to be making a Chocolate Cake. Finally we are making something sweet, to be honest we both were craving something sweet since we would always make savory's for example, English Breakfast and Fettuccine with mince. The thing I liked today is probably the cake itself, it's really nice and yummy. 

Chocolate Cake

Step 1 - Dry Ingredients

- 2 cups of s.r flour

- 1 cup of sugar

- 1/3 cups of cocoa 

-boil 1 1/2 cups of water 

Step 2 - Wet Ingredients

- 2 eggs

- 1 tsp of vanilla essences 

- 1 cup of oil

- 1/2 cups of milk

Step 2 - Combining

After you have comineded the wet and dry ingredients add the 1 cups of hot water and mix well and bake 180* for 15-20 minutes and then take it out the oven and serve.

WALT: Make Mince Gravy with Rice

Today for technology we have been trying to make mince gravy with rice. One of the things i found difficult while making this was probably dicing the onions because it's actually pretty hard, anyways. This is how you make it.

Step 1- Dice onion and fry until soft 

Step 2- Add vegetable mix and cook until soft

Step 3- Add mince and fry until it is cooked

Step 4- Add Tomato soup and mix well Until combined

Step 5- Serve in white bowl

I Like frying the ingredients, mostly because it was the easiest job although I did most of the dicing frying was a shared job between me and Coralee. This is what it turned out to look like:
